Our first, award-winning community of sustainable holiday homes was born out of a passion to put nature first. Set in the Cotswold Water Park, the residential nature reserve combines a sense of security with the freedom to escape the demands of urban life. There’s plenty to keep the family entertained, including boating or fishing on the scenic lakes, walking or cycling along the network of private footpaths and exploring the woodlands. Or simply relax in the spa, with its range of health and beauty treatments.

Our exciting new development offers families a home away from home in the midst of nature, with a healthy dose of activities right on the doorstep. Our friendly, reliable housekeeping team are here to take care of this for you, offering a wide range of services on our estates including one-off cleans, regular cleans, spring cleans, laundry, carpet cleaning and window cleaning, all performed to the very highest standards.
The Ballihoo restaurant and clubhouse is exclusively for the use of Lower Mill Estate homeowners and holidaymakers and offers a comprehensive breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and takeaway menu. Diners can enjoy the finest and freshest local produce in a modern eco-friendly environment that delivers a true taste.
Ballihoo Market, stocks the essentials on a zero waste basis, and also offers other goodies such as home-made chutneys, conserves, sauces, stocks, fine wines, local cheeses, produce grown from our allotments and berries & herbs, grown and foraged from the Estate.
With our own natural water supply at Lower Mill Estate, we provide high quality water to our Spa and all new homes. We also plan to bottle on site to supply our facilities and rental properties. At some point, we hope to offer fun family bottling sessions, where you can also create your own branded bottles to take home.
